High School classes Homework that has been assigned: Parent Letter, Attitudes toward Physical Acivity.
Upcoming homework: Goal Setting,
Students are working on cardiovascular endurance through the use of jump roping. Lessons include how to avoid injury, what are safe exercises, working on personal fitness goals and body compositon measurements.
7 and 8th grades - Track and Field practices which include proper running form, relay races, long jump, and discus throw.
